Delete your Doa account

From the app

1. Open Doa and go to Profile.
2. Tap “Delete account”.
3. Type DELETE and confirm. The account and its data are deleted there and then.

Without the app

Write to info@doaapp.es from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. You do not need to give a reason.

If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, the address we hold is Apple's relay address. You will find it in your Apple Account settings, under “Sign in with Apple”.

Afterwards, remove Doa's access from your Apple or Google account.

We will confirm it and delete the account within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

• The account: name, email address and profile photo.
• The health details in your profile: blood type, sex, weight and date of birth.
• Your donation history.
• Your quick test history.
• Favourite places, addresses and emergency contacts.
• Your usage analytics profile, if you had agreed to it.

What is kept, and for how long

• Technical records of requests to the assistant (type, duration and outcome), without anything you typed.

  They are left with no link to you: the link goes when the account is deleted and, in any case, after 30 days.

• App error reports. They carry no name, email or health data; only if a deletion fails do they carry the account's identifier, so it can be completed.

  Deleted automatically after 30 days.

Deleting only some of your data

Without deleting the account, you can delete individual donations from your history. Quick tests cannot be deleted one by one: the history goes with the account.
